1. Who we are

Cyluna (mycyluna.com) is operated by Kanika, an individual based in the United Kingdom. For privacy enquiries, contact us at hello@mycyluna.com.

2. What data we collect

2a. Calculator inputs — not collected

All calculator inputs (last period date, cycle length, pregnancy dates, etc.) are processed entirely within your browser using JavaScript. This data is never sent to any server, stored in a database, or retained after you leave the page. We have no technical ability to see what you enter into any calculator.

2b. Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookie-free

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Plausible measures aggregate data such as page views, referral sources, and country of origin. No individual user is tracked across sessions or sites.

You can review Plausible's privacy policy at plausible.io/privacy. Plausible is GDPR-compliant and does not require a cookie consent banner.

2c. Contact form

If you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties or used for marketing.

3. Google Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests a font file, Google may log your IP address as part of standard web server request logging. This is standard practice for any site that loads resources from external CDNs. We do not control this data. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Cookies

Cyluna does not use any cookies — neither first-party nor third-party. We do not place tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because there are no cookies to consent to.

5. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms. We have no advertising partnerships. The only third-party data processor involved in site operation is Plausible Analytics (cookie-free, aggregate-only — see section 2b).

6. Data retention

Because calculator inputs are never stored, there is no retention period for health data — it ceases to exist when your browser session ends. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, after which they are deleted.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the following rights under GDPR / UK GDPR:

• Access: Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to processing of your data
• Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@mycyluna.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note: because we do not store calculator data, the only personal data we may hold is contact form submissions.

8. Children's privacy

Cyluna is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through our contact form, please email us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will not change how we handle your data in a way that reduces your privacy protections without clear notice.
