Founder & Author, Cyluna

I'm the founder of Cyluna, and I've been living with PCOS since my teens. Cyluna exists because I spent years frustrated with period trackers that assumed a 28-day cycle: which mine never was.

Why I write about menstrual health

Every guide on Cyluna comes from two places: lived experience with irregular, unpredictable cycles, and careful research against current guidance from recognised health authorities like the NHS, Mayo Clinic and ACOG. Where an article draws on a guideline, I link the source so you can read it yourself.

I am not a doctor. Nothing on Cyluna is medical advice: it's education and estimation tools built to help you understand your own body and have better conversations with your healthcare provider. Every article tells you when symptoms warrant seeing one.

Editorial standards: calculators use established medical formulas (including the luteal-phase-constant method for ovulation prediction and Naegele's rule for due dates). Articles cite their sources, carry no false medical-review claims, and are updated when guidance changes.
