Cyluna (mycyluna.com) is a free educational resource: menstrual health calculators and guides operated by Kanika, an individual based in the United Kingdom. The site provides information and estimation tools for personal, non-commercial use. It is not a medical device, not a healthcare provider, and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

All content, including calculator results, is for informational and educational purposes only. Calculator outputs are estimates based on the formulas described in our methodology page and cannot account for your individual health circumstances. 3. Using the calculators
The calculators run entirely in your browser. You may use them freely, including for your own cycle tracking. You may not scrape, republish, resell or embed the tools or content without written permission. If you share calculator results or articles, please link to the page rather than copying it.
4. Acceptable use
When using the contact form or any communication channel, you agree not to send unlawful, abusive or unrelated commercial content. We may reasonably decline or stop responding to communications that breach this. Automated bulk access, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the site's availability are not permitted.
5. Intellectual property
The Cyluna name, logo, site design, original text and tool code are the property of the site's operator. Health information and medical formulas themselves are general knowledge and belong to no one; our specific wording, design and implementation remain ours.
